VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. PA-0200522 OF ROELYN <br /> Ji AND WILLIAM <br /> pOOT JR. A Variance application to reduce a side yard setback from ten (10) feet to two (2) feet for an existing <br /> greenhouse to remain. Located on the north side of State Rt-120, <br /> 2,400 feet east of Murphy Road, Ripon (APN: 203-220-30; <br /> Address: 17229 East State Route 120 Highway, Ripon). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; William and Roelyn Poot Jr.,were present for this <br /> item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project and informed the applicants that the Planning <br /> Commission hearing is scheduled for January 9,2003. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that the Community Development Department has reviewed the <br /> application and are able to make the findings. Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the <br /> Planning Commission has the final decision. <br /> Ms. Jolly asked the applicants if the cactus could be left outside unprotected. The <br /> applicants indicated that they could not. <br /> Mr. Van Buren explained the Planning Commission process to the applicants. <br />
