CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900079 <br /> FIGLI FAMILY LTD PTP/SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1900079 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on August 5, 2019,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> February 3, 2021,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Teddie Hernandez [209]468-8359) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 24, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: The existing building shown on the Eastern rear property line for Parcel <br /> 2 shall be a minimum of fifteen (15)feet from the proposed property line. <br /> 2.
