The property is located at 27710 Lammers <br /> Road, southwest of Tracy in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and vicinity map <br /> showing the approximate location of the property are presented on Plate I. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that an approximate 10-acre parcel will be split <br /> off of the approximate 56-acre property. We have assumed that construction on the proposed <br /> parcels will be limited to one single-family residence and one septic system per parcel. <br /> Additional details of the proposed project are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Ordinance No. 3323, <br /> Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated November 13, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your written <br /> authorization of November 17, 1992. The items listed under Item C of the above ordinance are <br /> listed below, along with our responses. <br /> ITEMS C-1 AND C4: <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development on septic tanks within <br /> and around the area;" (C-1). "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems;" (C-4): <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the location of the Tuso Farms <br /> property. At the time of our field explorations, a residence was under construction on <br /> the proposed "parcel 1" and the remainder of the property contained a recently disked <br /> field. Residences with associated outbuildings, wells, and septic systems were located <br /> west of the proposed "parcel 1" along Lammers Road. <br /> Copyright 1992 Kteinfetder, Inc.
