CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-43 <br /> George Henson <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-2400. <br /> b. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition material from the premises <br /> to an approved landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> NOTE: On August 18, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA- <br /> 94-43 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
