Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that <br /> leach lines do not cross over proposed Parcels 41 and 42 property lines. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. <br /> B. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9-1110.4).
