Phase One, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, is the construction of a 4,500 square <br /> foot religious assembly and multi-purpose building and a sign modification request for a monument sign from the permitted <br /> height of four feet to ten feet. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within 5 years, is the construction of a 3,420 <br /> square foot storage building. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than June 13, 2017.
