' <br /> PHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-9850 <br /> RE: SA-01-13, Attention Jeff Fisher <br /> 11299 West Larch Road, Tracy <br /> Based on the Larch-Clover Pollution Studies of December 1982 and March 1990, the project <br /> area is impacted with high groundwater and degraded water quality. The San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division does not believe that this project contains enough land to support <br /> the onsite wastewater system. This project would be best served if public sewer and public water <br /> were available. <br /> Should the applicant choose to proceed, then the following San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title requirements shall be identified as relevant to this project: <br /> A. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant incorporating nitrate reduction and coliform <br /> removal for the entire development to the Environmental Health Division for approval prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to issuance of building permits (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> C. A minimum Class I operator shall be required to maintain and operate the wastewater <br /> treatment system per San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5. <br /> D. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> NOTE: A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to issuance of building <br /> permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). __-- <br /> A Division of San Soaquin County Health Cart Services <br />
