Larch Road
Tracy, CA 95377
RE: WILL SERVE LETTER FOR 11299 W. LARCH ROAD
TRACY, CALIFORNIA
Dear Mr. Saiyed:
Following is our response to your request for a Will Serve Letter for the Community Center at
the above referenced address.
Sewer
One equivalent consumer unit (ECU) of sewer will be available for the above property
after completion of the construction of the sewer line, which is tentatively estimated to be
completed by the end of 2005 or early 2006 by the City of Tracy.
The assessment district is paying for the construction of the main sewer line with lateral
stubs for future connections to the fronting properties.
Water:
With regards to water, a number of existing properties within the Larch Clover area are
being served for existing land uses under an agreement between the City of Tracy and
the San Joaquin County. With annexation
of the Larch Clover area into the city limits, the City would not have required any
agreement and could have established fees. However, with rejection of annexation the
existing agreement prevails.
In the event the existing water service agreement is successfully amended or a new
agreement is executed, it is the City's intent to allow use of one equivalent consumer
unit of water per property for all Larch Clover area properties included in the assessment
district.
Please note that one ECU of water and sewer is equivalent to the water and sewer needs of
one residential unit. If your development plans for the property for the proposed
religious/community use equal to one ECU, only then the services will be available as
discussed in this letter. In order to ensure that your proposed development is within those
