Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, shoe- on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, <br /> the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: Applicant needs to demonstrate adequate sewage disposal area for the proposed <br /> commercial coach prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> �� <br />
