Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. The existing septic system leach field arda is located in an easement area and shall be <br /> abandoned. The replacement leach field shall be designed to accommodate the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers and indicated on the revised site plans. <br /> C. Prior to final occupancy, the Environmental Health Department requires the existing septic <br /> system be repaired under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4).
