(6) Where a portion of the facility or building hereafter constructed or moved into or within <br /> the jurisdiction is more than 400 feet (122 m) from a hydrant on a fire apparatus access <br /> road,as measured by an approved route around the exterior of the facility or building,on- <br /> site fire hydrants and mains shall be provided where required by the fire code official. <br /> (7) Other fire&life safety requirements may be required at time of plan review. <br /> (8) Final approval is subject to field inspections. Minimum 48-hour notice required prior to <br /> any life-safety fire inspections. Other conditions may apply at time of inspections and are <br /> subject to correction. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff contact: Awani Taha, [209] 468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> d. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more.Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, <br /> prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. The proposed project disturbs less than one(1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan <br /> of common development. The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow best <br /> management practices of the County"Small Site Storm Water management Plan". <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> i. A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. Contact the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> ii. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes.
