CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-103 <br /> Center Land Company <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The decriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect the correct distances with qualifiers to avoid <br /> overlaps or gaps. The bicycle path alignment shall be shown on the Record of Survey <br /> or described in the Deed as a nonexclusive easement or dedication by other instrument. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. On all 28 parcels, refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> b. The wells must be repaired on all 28 parcels under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top <br /> of the standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from the top <br /> of the standpipe, or install backflow valves approved by San Joaquin County. (San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> NOTE: On June 21, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved LA- <br /> 92-103 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above.
