APN: 197-020-31 & 32 , 204-010-3 & 4 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> Lathrop Road has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required. (New legal description shall <br /> be submitted to Surveyor's Office for review. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872 .4) <br /> 2 . New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap.
