Box 827 <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 ENVIR .NMMfAL H kLTH <br /> Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> PROPOSED CORDER PROPERTY PARCEL SPLIT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> MS-92-108 <br /> Dear Ms. Kalin and Mr. Corder: <br /> Presented in this report are the results of our septic system <br /> suitability study performed for the proposed parcel split of the <br /> Corder property. The property is located south of Lathrop Road <br /> approximately 1/2 mile east of Cottage Avenue, northeast of <br /> Manteca in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and <br /> vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are <br /> presented on Plate I . <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the <br /> approximate 10-acre property will be split into two parcels of <br /> approximately 5 acres each. The plan indicates that an existing <br /> residence with associated outbuildings, a septic system, and a <br /> well are located on the proposed parcel 2 , and we have assumed <br /> they will remain. We have also assumed that any construction on <br /> the proposed parcel 1 will be limited to one single-family <br /> residence with one septic system. Additional details of the <br /> project are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated June 19 , 1992 . Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of June 30, 1992 . The items listed <br /> under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with <br /> our responses. <br /> ITEMS C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed <br /> development on septic tanks within and around the area; " (C-1) . <br /> "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems; " (C-4) : <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the <br /> location of the Corder property.
