Tina Wehrmeister CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Proiect Description <br /> This application is for a 1,400 sq. ft. winery to include wine tasting. The winery will produce 500 cases of <br /> wine per year(approx. 1,189 gallons). Juice will be delivered to the winery for fermentation in approximately <br /> one to three truckloads per season. Crushing will be incorporated into the operation at a later date, however, <br /> production volumes will remain the same. <br /> Approximately one year after the winery is established and a product is produced, the winery will open for <br /> public tastings on Saturdays and Sundays. Tasting will take place in the 1,400 sq. ft, winery utilizing portable <br /> tables. <br /> There will be no regular full time employees other than the applicants. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
