The business will have 30 days to complete the HMMP <br /> once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> If a cold storage facility will be constructed and the unit will contain anhydrous ammonia equal to <br /> or greater than 500 pounds, then the business will be required to complete a Risk Management <br /> Plan prior to operation of the cold storage unit. <br /> Please contact me at (209) 468-3969 if you have any questions. <br /> DF/hld <br />
