3 . A replacement well is also an alternative for providing <br /> uncontaminated water. It is recommended that a test well <br /> be drilled, in order to determine water quality prior to <br /> final placement of the well. Water quality may be <br /> determined and monitored through water sample analysis <br /> performed by a State Certified Laboratory.
