d. EXISTING STRUCTURES: A Building Permit or demolition permit shall be issued for the <br /> existing 6,800 square foot tent prior to issuance of any building or grading permits for this Site <br /> Approval. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[e]) <br /> (2) A minimum of sixteen 16 parking spaces shall be provided. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.9) <br /> (3) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11A <br /> and 11 B of the California Building Code. <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (5) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine(9)feet wide and <br /> twenty(20)feet long. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, <br /> that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. SCREENING: All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be enclosed by a screen six(6)to eight(8)feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100)feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two(2)feet <br /> above the adjacent screen.
