-2- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1800244(SA) <br /> shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval,prior to <br /> release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 4. Permit Registration Documents(PRD's) shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board(SWRCB)to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated <br /> with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification(WDID)Number issued by <br /> SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at <br /> (916) 341-5537 for further information.Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit <br /> Order 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> 5. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure in the area of historic <br /> flooding shall be elevated a minimum of two feet above the highest adjacent natural grade. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1605.3) <br /> 6. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a 30 foot wide right-of- <br /> way from the centerline of Lehman Road to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A fee <br /> based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.)(Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 7. Applicant shall pay$300 for the installation of a MUTCD standard R8-8 "Do Not Stop On Tracks" <br /> sign on Lehman Road. <br /> 8. Applicant shall relocate the stop bar at intersection of Lehman Road and Ahern Road to allow for <br /> the storage of(1)truck between the stop bar and railroad tracks. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control <br /> District(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes.Best Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> AC: CH <br />
