Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis <br /> methods,impact significance criteria,and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project does not meet Tier 2 threshold;thus, no further information <br /> is required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is not located within any airport's influence area, as found in the 2018 San Joaquin <br /> County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC). Thus; the <br /> project is not under the jurisdiction of ALUC. <br /> SJCOG staff recommends the project reference Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)Advisory <br /> Circular(AC) 150/5200-33b, https://www.faa.gov/documentL!brary/media/Advisory Circular/ <br /> AC 150 5200-33B.pdf,as the project lies within five miles of Tracy and New Jerusalem <br /> Airports.
