Box 299 <br /> Tracy, CA 95378-0299 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Re: Revisions of Approved Actions for Site Approval Application No. SA-95-12of Banta-Carbona Irrigation <br /> District (c/o Quartaroli &Associates) (APN: 255-020-62; 3514 W. Lehman Road, Tracy) <br /> ACTION: On August 19, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved a <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for SA-95-12 to revise Community Development Department Condition of <br /> Approval No. 1.b., as follows: <br /> 1.1b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for irrigation district facilities (Public Services - Essential) as <br /> shown on the plan submitted May 3, 1995. The project may be completed in two phases. For Phase <br /> 1, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, all necessary building permits shall be secured <br /> and remain in force, and all necessary permits from other agencies shall be secured and remain in <br /> force prior to January 26, 1997. For Phase 2, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, all <br /> necessary building permits shall be secured and remain in force, and all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies shall be secured and remain in force prior to July 26,4998 2003. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The 10- <br /> day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on August 29, 1998. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> Please contact me if you have questions regarding the Community Development Department Conditions <br /> (Phone: 468-3144).
