Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards <br /> of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required <br /> prior to Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation <br /> tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> d. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map.
