(DISTRICT 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Banta-Carbona Irrigation District APN: 255-020-62 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Lehman Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br />
