This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The applicant is requesting a modification to the parking requirement outlined DT: 9- 1015.3(a)(b). The applicant would like a reduction in the required parking, from the required 295 parking stalls to 183 parking stalls. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of Lehman Road, 50 feet south of Ahem Road, Tracy (APN/Address: 255-040-20/3590 West Lehman Road, Tracy)(Supervisorial District 5), ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than November 22, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on November 28, 2018.
