CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-48 <br /> Abdullah <br /> A one-year Time Extension for Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-94-48 was approved by the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department on April 16, 1996, which is the effective <br /> date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 23, 1997,which is the new expiration date, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but it points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid operlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connect to an approved public water supply system as required by Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2. The existing agricultural well must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division (Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) <br /> as follows: <br /> (1) Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for baciflow prevention shall <br /> maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe but not less than six <br /> inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4-inch slits extending six inches <br /> from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, or a backflow device <br /> approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br />
