a <br /> n <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-04-67 <br /> Marsh <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.PA-04-67 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 17, 2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 15, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice_ of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Mueller, 468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> February 10, 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> SurveY ars'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
