Ryan Voohees pro- <br /> perty, MS-92-84, Parcel Nos. 1 and 2, to divide an existing parcel <br /> totaling 40 acres into two (2) parcels. Parcel No. 1 is to contain <br /> 30 acres and Parcel No. 2 is to contain 10 acres. The property is <br /> located on the south side of Liberty Road about 700 feet east of <br /> North Bruella Road, in San Joaquin County. <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of Soil Pro- <br /> file and Percolation tests conducted on the C. Ryan Voohees property located <br /> in San Jaoquin County on the soh side of Liberty Road about 700 feet east of <br /> North Bruella Road. <br /> Existing Septic System: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the subject pro- <br /> perty as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of the subject property, <br /> and is reported on and covered in my Soil Suitability Study, dated February 1 , <br /> 1992, Parcel Map No. MS-91-67, Parcel Nos. 1 and 2, at 26246 North Bruella <br /> Road, Galt, California 95623. My report dated February 1 , 1992, is attached <br /> to and made an integral part of this Supplemental Soil Suitability Study. <br /> Existing Land Use: <br /> The 40 acre parcel in this Supplemental Soil Suitability Study is con- <br /> cerned with the same one reported on and covered in my Soil Suitability Study, <br /> dated February 1 , 1992, MS-91-67, for the John and Wally Borges property as <br /> Parcel No. 1 . This 40 acres is presently unimproved and is devoted to the <br /> grazing of cattle and horses. <br /> Soil Profile Test: <br /> The deep percolation test hole excavations of this Supplemental Soil <br /> Suitability Study, Test Hole Nos. 1A and 1C, are used for Soil Profile report- <br /> ing. Test Hole Nos. 1A and 1C were drilled to total depths of 25' -00" and <br /> 24' -06" , respectively, and are located as shown on the attached "Parcel Map" . <br /> During the field drilling excavations, I noted the soil type to be a <br /> reddish-brown clay throughout the 25'-00" depth drilled in Test Hole No. 1A. <br /> The soil type noted for Test Hole No. 1C was a reddish-brown clay material <br /> C.
