Ryan Voohees pro- perty, MS-92-84, Parcel Nos. 1 and 2, to divide an existing parcel totaling 40 acres into two (2) parcels. Parcel No. 1 is to contain 30 acres and Parcel No. 2 is to contain 10 acres. The property is located on the south side of Liberty Road about 700 feet east of North Bruella Road, in San Joaquin County. Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of Soil Pro- file and Percolation tests conducted on the C. Ryan Voohees property located in San Jaoquin County on the soh side of Liberty Road about 700 feet east of North Bruella Road. Existing Septic System: Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the subject pro- perty as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of the subject property, and is reported on and covered in my Soil Suitability Study, dated February 1 , 1992, Parcel Map No. MS-91-67, Parcel Nos. 1 and 2, at 26246 North Bruella Road, Galt, California 95623. My report dated February 1 , 1992, is attached to and made an integral part of this Supplemental Soil Suitability Study. Existing Land Use: The 40 acre parcel in this Supplemental Soil Suitability Study is con- cerned with the same one reported on and covered in my Soil Suitability Study, dated February 1 , 1992, MS-91-67, for the John and Wally Borges property as Parcel No. 1 . This 40 acres is presently unimproved and is devoted to the grazing of cattle and horses. Soil Profile Test: The deep percolation test hole excavations of this Supplemental Soil Suitability Study, Test Hole Nos. 1A and 1C, are used for Soil Profile report- ing. Test Hole Nos. 1A and 1C were drilled to total depths of 25' -00" and 24' -06" , respectively, and are located as shown on the attached "Parcel Map" . During the field drilling excavations, I noted the soil type to be a reddish-brown clay throughout the 25'-00" depth drilled in Test Hole No. 1A.
