CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900029 <br /> KEVIN AND ANN K. ULLRICH/ROBERT SNOW, PLS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900029 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 27, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> December 26,2020,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Giuseppe Sanfilippo, [209]468-0227) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated April 19, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPLICATION PA-1900028: Lot Line Adjustment application PA-190028 <br /> shall be completed and deeds recorded prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment for this <br /> application. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Awni Taha, [2091468-3000. See memo dated <br /> June 12, 2019) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> Access to these parcels is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment.
