The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road (including secondary access) will be required to be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.20. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
