To the west of the subject property is vacant land which is bounded <br /> F1 by Sowles Road. To the south there are several small structures and barns surrounded by vacant land. <br /> To the east of the subject property is vacant agricultural land. To the north of the subject property <br /> appears to be vacant agricultural land. <br /> PThe USGS Lockeford, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1968 depicts the subject <br /> property as being without change. To the north of the subject property is agricultural land which is <br /> followed by vacant land. There are no depicted changes to the south, east or west. <br /> The USGS Lockeford,California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1968 photorevised 1976 <br /> depicts the property as having a small single structure. There are a few more houses which have <br /> popped up to the south, otherwise there are.no changes to the properties surrounding the subject <br /> Pproperty- <br /> VI.VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> t�, An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was mailed to <br /> the property owner by NOA Environmental. <br /> F1 <br /> As of the issuance of this report,NOA Environmental has yet to receive a response from the property <br /> owner. However, the owner's daughter, Cheryl Lawrence, was able to offer the following <br /> ' information. She indicated that the property has been owned by her family for the past 20 years. The <br /> property was used to raise a few cows and horses and to grow hay. Mr. Riccobuono (her father) <br /> purchased the property from Frank Galbraith who owned it for about 10 years.
