For future development of"Designated Remainder" services shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> adopted County development policies for"Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.1 1 [b]) <br /> 4. Dedication to result in a twenty-five(25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Elliot Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of parcel 1. Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 5. Structures, fences, landscaping and, any or all obstructions shall be removed from the dedicated right-of-way, <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 6.
