The <br /> permits have been included in Appendix F of this report. <br /> ig <br /> i / 3.1.7 Deparmient ofOil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> L �•� The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 611" was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are <br /> depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> L ✓ 3.1.8 site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on January 9,2006. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is attached <br /> to this report as Appendix D. <br /> Lf The subject property was observed to be a relatively flat,rectangular parcel. A single-family residence <br /> and two barns were located near the northeast comer of the subject property.To the west of the barns <br /> was a small area used to hold approximately 80-100 cows. The rest of the property was open pasture. <br /> An irrigation canal ran from the northwest comer of the property south diagonally and exited near the <br /> center of the eastern perimeter of the property. There were irrigation ditches on the west,north and <br /> Lsouth perimeters of the property. <br /> /Two large barns were observed on the property.One of the barns was used to store several antique cars <br /> L and two large campers.The second barn father to the west was not inspected thoroughly because of a <br /> severe concentration of pigeon waste. The barn appeared to have been once used as a shop,and is now <br /> used for storage. Containers holding paint or oil were observed in the barn. <br /> s/Debtis including scrap metal,tires,inoperable cars and a bathtub was observed around and to the east <br /> of the barns.Two above ground storage tanks were also observed around the residence and barn. <br /> t/One pole-mounted transformer was observed along the northern boundary of the subject property, <br /> along liberty Road. The transformer appeared relatively new, but no blue PCB-free stickers were <br /> u observed. Five transformers were observed across the street along the eastern perimeter of the <br /> property. No blue PCB-free stickers were observed. One transformer was observed directly south of <br /> the residence, and a PCB-free sticker was observed.No staining was observed near the transformers. <br /> LSurrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance.
