CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1000218 <br /> Watts <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1000218 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 25,2011,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 26,2012,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John L. Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the <br /> revised site plan dated January 28, 2011. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the-resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Seethe attached memo dated February 8, 2011) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION: APN's: 009-060-03; 009-070-01; 009-080-03; 009-090-05 and 009-090-07 <br /> are under Williamson Act Contract 70-C1-13; APN: 009-080-05 is under Williamson Act Contract No.WA- <br /> 99-0016. The proposed application is consistent with Government Code Section 51200. <br />
