CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-9533 <br /> Morin <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-33 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 24, 1995 which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on February 22, 1997, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyor's Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this Lot Line <br /> Adjustment: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard setback <br /> line. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> (2) Parcel one shall have a minimum lot area of 77 acres. (Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 824[b][2] 9-610.2) <br /> (3) Parcel two shall have a minimum lot area of 80 acres. (Development Title Section 9-610.2) <br /> 2.
