Indicate what facts in the case of this <br /> application support each of the findings. <br /> 1. The granting of the Deviation will not be materially detrimental to other properties or land uses In the area <br /> THE LACK OF 3 $ OF AN 80 ACRE PARCEL WILL NOT BE DISCERNABLE TO <br /> NEIGHBORS OF THE MORINS. THE PARCEL 'S USE WILL CONTINUE TO BE <br /> CONSISTENT WITH THAT OF THE SURROUNDING PARCELS--PRIMARILY <br /> AGRICULTURE OR GRAZING. <br /> 2 There are exceptionaal or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property or to the intended uses that <br /> do not apply to other properties in the same zoning district in the vicinity, <br /> THIS PARCEL IS UNI UE AMONG THE OTHER PARCELS IN THE AREA IN THAT IT <br /> IS BURDENED WITH REDUCTION IN SIZE BY A SMALL UNUSED PARCEL HELD BY <br /> A SCHOOL DISTRICT THAT CANNOT REALISTICALLY USE THE PARCEL. THIS <br /> 1883 CONVEYANCE SHOULD NOT HINDER THE BEST USE OF THIS PROPERTY INTO <br /> THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY. <br /> 3.
