A review fee of$156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
