SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br /> APN: 021-110-10, being a portion of Section 4, T4N, RBE,MDB & M. <br /> San Joaquin County, California <br /> The property is to be subdivided. A copy of the Tentative Map shows Parcel 1 and <br /> a remainder.. <br /> OWNER: Francisco Pimental, 13310 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, Ca. 95242 <br /> Present use: Land is used for pasture. A portion is irrigated and remainder is dry <br /> pasture. <br /> Acres: 246.- <br /> This report applies to proposed subdivision creating One lot plus a remainder. The <br /> requirement for this report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County, <br /> in Section 9-905.12: <br /> HISTORY OF PARCEL <br /> The land has been used for pasture for over 10 years. An irrigation well exists to <br /> furnish water for the irrigable portion of land and water for the livestock. <br /> VISUAL FIELD INSPECTION <br /> A field inspection was completed in August of 200 L. The site is adjacent to a <br /> turkey ranch, parcel 11, and flies were abundant on the two days of visitation. Entry <br /> by vehicle is possible at 16940 Liberty Rd., by entering tbru the metal gate which is <br /> straight south on the driveway past the one eared dog (photo "A"), and by opening <br /> the gate which leads thru the cattle feeding troughs (photo "B"). The cattle will <br /> eventually move out of the way of the vehicle and bear left and southerly. No <br /> evidence of chemical contamination was found. The land is clean except for tires <br /> and lumber (photo "F" & "G"). The surface water from irrigation remains in an <br /> existing ditch, (photo "E"). An earthen dam was constructed by former owners, but <br /> has been cut at the pile of tires (photo "F"), and does not retain water. The <br /> remaining farm machinery is located at the barn at this site. A travel trailer is located <br /> at this entry point. <br /> RECORDSSEARCH <br /> 2. <br />
