SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT
APN: 021-110-10, being a portion of Section 4, T4N, RBE,MDB & M.
San Joaquin County, California
The property is to be subdivided. A copy of the Tentative Map shows Parcel 1 and
a remainder..
OWNER: Francisco Pimental, 13310 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, Ca. 95242
Present use: Land is used for pasture. A portion is irrigated and remainder is dry
pasture.
Acres: 246.-
This report applies to proposed subdivision creating One lot plus a remainder. The
requirement for this report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County,
in Section 9-905.12:
HISTORY OF PARCEL
The land has been used for pasture for over 10 years. An irrigation well exists to
furnish water for the irrigable portion of land and water for the livestock.
VISUAL FIELD INSPECTION
A field inspection was completed in August of 200 L. The site is adjacent to a
turkey ranch, parcel 11, and flies were abundant on the two days of visitation. Entry
by vehicle is possible at 16940 Liberty Rd., by entering tbru the metal gate which is
straight south on the driveway past the one eared dog (photo "A"), and by opening
the gate which leads thru the cattle feeding troughs (photo "B"). The cattle will
eventually move out of the way of the vehicle and bear left and southerly. No
evidence of chemical contamination was found. The land is clean except for tires
and lumber (photo "F" & "G"). The surface water from irrigation remains in an
existing ditch, (photo "E"). An earthen dam was constructed by former owners, but
has been cut at the pile of tires (photo "F"), and does not retain water. The
remaining farm machinery is located at the barn at this site. A travel trailer is located
at this entry point.
RECORDSSEARCH
2.
