CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-13 <br /> Sitilides <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-13 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on March 12, 2001, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on September 11, 2002., which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Mueller,468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the <br /> Tentative Map dated February 20, 2001. ,- <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and'signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> NOTE:Any nonagricultural development of Parcel 1 shall require a Private Right-of-Way <br /> Application. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> NOTE: Any Private Right-of-Way that exceeds one-half(1/2) mile in length shall have a <br /> secondary method of access.
