The northern and southern ends of the property are lower with the <br /> higher elevations in the middle. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-80, <br /> general agriculture. This zoning designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the <br /> continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises"(www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). The minimum <br /> Lparcel size is 80 acres. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Y Shoup Land Surveying of Lodi, California,provided a preliminary parcel map showing the proposed <br /> lot division. The minor subdivision and lot line adjustment will take the current two parcels and <br /> split them into three parcels. Parcel 1,will be about 103 acres, Parcel 2 will be about 88 acres and <br /> Parcel 3 will be about 82 acres.
