The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> Lsummarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> LDepartment's Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> L1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located at 17667 East Liberty Road, Galt,California. The property consists of <br /> a 160-acre parcel APN 009-080- , and a 115.87-acre parcel (APN 009-090-08). One pole barn, <br /> housing the above groan s =rage tank and well is currently located on the property. About one third <br /> Lof the property is used as a vineyard; the remainder of the site is bare grassland. A copy of the parcel <br /> information can be found in Appendix F. <br /> LAccording to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department website, the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-80,general agriculture,minimum parcel size is 80 acres. This zoning designation <br /> "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises" <br /> tl (www <br /> .co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> Lsubject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> L2 Proposed Development <br /> LMr.Keith Watts informed our office that he is planning a minor subdivision and lot line adjustment for <br /> the subject property. The minor subdivision and lot line adjustment will change the current two parcels <br /> into three parcels. Parcell will be about 103 acres Parcel 2 will be about 88 acres and Parcel 3 will be <br /> ah=rt 82 amps <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> L <br /> -o(/2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> LA chain of title report was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report.
