Environmental Responsibility Acceptance: Evidence must be provided that there are no <br /> Lcommitment statements in effect under Civil Code Section 850 et seq. with respect to the property. <br /> In order to remove this statement,the landowner will need to provide this company with an <br /> affidavit stating that they are not aware of any release reports or commitment statements which <br /> have been issued under this statute,with respect to the property. <br /> 30.
