Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated October 14. 2003 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval, an addendum <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and receive approval from the <br /> 1 Enviromnental Health Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval. A review fee of <br /> $186.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval. Samples <br /> are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> Page 1 of 2 FM[R <br />
