Liberty Road APN: 009-100-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Liberty Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road(including secondary access) shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map.(Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3. Tributaries of Coyote Creek pass through the parcel. Therefore,the applicant shall keep these tributaries <br /> free of all obstacles which impede the flow of water and any alteration to these tributaries will require <br /> obtaining a Watercourse Encroachment Permit from the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works.
