MKLEINFELDER
The results of our percolation tests indicate that the proposed septic tank/leach trench sewage
disposal system (with seepage pits as necessary) should adequately serve parcels 2, 3, and 4. A
suitable soil condition for septic percolation tests is defined as a stratum capable of percolating
water at a rate of 60 minutes per inch (min/inch) at a depth of up to 3.5 feet below existing site
grade or 30 minutes/inch for deeper tests. Because percolation tests meeting SJCEHD criteria
were not obtained, Parcel 1 will need to be addressed as described earlier in this report.
9. LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing
development and on the site conditions. It was assumed that the percolation test results are
representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
This completes the scope of work requested. Our work was performed in general accordance
with the standard of care that exists in San Joaquin County. No other guarantee or warranty,
expressed or implied, is made.
Respectfully submitted,
KLEINFELDER, INC.
- U — nor
Ronald E.
