The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property is <br /> 00910002, and a map showing the project location is attached. The purpose of our study was to <br /> determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in <br /> general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County Ordinance. <br /> The following includes background information regarding the proposed development, past and <br /> present use of the site, existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater <br /> conditions in the project area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures <br /> and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration and the results of percolation <br /> tests are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided. <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION/ PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> We understand the subject 320-acre project site is zoned AG-80 (General Agriculture). The site <br /> is currently a vineyard and has slightly rolling terrain. A mobile home and bam/shop are present <br /> in the northwest quarter of the property. The ages of these structures are unknown. Two <br /> agricultural wells and a domestic well are also located on the property. The locations of the <br /> buildings and wells are noted on the attached site plan. We understand that the parcel is to be <br /> split into four 80-acre parcels (see site plan) to eventually be developed with one single-family <br /> residence per parcel with the vast majority of each parcel to remain a vineyard. It is not known <br /> when development of the parcels will occur or whether the existing mobile home and barn are to <br /> remain or be moved/demolished. One known existing septic system is located on the property <br /> and is associated with the mobile home. Trees were present on the site along Liberty road.
