The RWQCB notes no (0) sites on the <br /> SLIC/DOD/DOE list which are within the specified search radius. <br /> _ 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Liquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Envi,ununzntal Health Department (SJEHD)to <br /> review file information on sites within the specified search radius. The following fists were reviewed: <br /> There were no(0)properties within 1/4 mile noted on the Underground Storage Tank fist and no(0) <br /> sites found on the "Other Agency Lead" list. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County OES in an attempt to determine if there are any <br /> files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials releases or spills on the subject <br /> property or in the vicinity of the subject property. A review of"Notification of Hazardous Waste <br /> Discharge"files from August 1995 to present within 1/4 mile of the subject property revealed no(0) <br /> reported spills or releases. <br /> 4. San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention in an attempt to <br /> determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, <br /> releases or spills, underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground <br /> storage tanks on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Trudy of the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention reported that there are no (0)files <br /> for the subject property and no (0) files within 1/4 mile +/-. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in an effort to determine <br /> whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural purposes, and whether <br /> agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. According to Hazel Gallegos of the <br /> Commissioner's office, no agricultural pesticide use records were found related to the subject <br /> property under the name of Mundell.
