January 9,2002
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE01416
_
SURFACE/SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT
,. MUNDELL PROPERTY
18333 EAST LIBERTY ROAD
A.P.N.#008-110-23
ACAMPO, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA 95220
I. SUMMARY
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. Gary McEnerney, c/o Steel Realty, 8900
Grantline Road,Elk Grove,California 95624 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report
for the property located at 18333 East Liberty Road,Acampo, San Joaquin County, California 95220.
The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible any
potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The
owners plan on dividing the property into four(4)eighty(80) acre parcels to be sold. The land-use
designation will not be changed by the current owner.
Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in
order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The
search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search
radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property
background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the
topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are
discussed. Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent
to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigator for the
assessment was Eric Rowley, Environmental Specialist at NOA Environmental.
1
