CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-505 <br /> Flanigan, et al <br /> I Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-505 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 13, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> ISI Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> I� Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> I <br /> fThis approval will expire on April 13, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> ,i September 18, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shafl be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> ;i Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> !I Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
