Copy
of permit enclosed. The leach lines run east from the septic tank.
1 just surveyed the location of.the septic tank and found its west edge to be 21.6 feet from the-
existing property line and -3 9.5.feet from the proposed property line.
1 noticed on the permit that the distance from the property line to the leach line was 30 feet.
Judging from the permit sketch and from, this distance should probably have been used from the
+ septic tank to the property line. The tank was approximately 30 feet from the old fence.
Since the septic tank was legally installed (probably in accordance with the regulations as they
e`xisfed`30 yea S a )`aii since tyle p"x'poseZt propity iiie asarti-from the septicitalc than-theme:--=
existing property line, 1 request the Environmental Health Department remove any objection to
the location of the septic tank.
Sincerely,
'i
Terry Piazza
DocumcnC
