Copy
My g p
of permit enclosed. The leach lines run east from the septic tank.
I just surveyed the location of theme eptic tank and found its west edge to be 21.6 feet from the
existing property line and 39.5 feet from the proposed property line.
4 I noticed on the permit that the distance from the property line to the leach line was 30 feet.
fudging from the permit sketch and from, this distance should probably have been used from the
septic tank to the property line. The tank was approximately 30 feet from the old fence.
Since the septic tank was legally installed (pr6bably in accordance with the regulations as they
existed 30 years ago) and since the proposed property line is farther-from the septic tank than the
existing property line, I request the Environmental Health Department remove any objection to
the location of the septic tank.
Since
Terry Piazza
Docnni=2
